The hotel was perfect and fantastic with caring personnel that do n't have a clue about customer service. Everything was perfect as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was not clean. The location was favourable and perfect, short walk to the mosque, mall, restaurants and other amenities and shopping and food outlets and Taiba centre. A few times I ate at Abu Khalid Restaurant, located at walking distance from the property.

We found everything good, would recomand it to others. The stay here was really really nice of 4 nights. The location was particularly good and perfect and the room was clean. We stopped by Five Minutes Cafe for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The place was perfectly clean and perfect, had professional and responsive staff from the baggage handlers for the wonderful service. I was here for 1 night and ate at lobby restaurant with great breakfast and magifisent dinner. Its location was convenient, just 5 minutes walk from Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque. The property was set in a well-kept area. I appreciated that the hotel was 25 minutes drive from the airport.
The bed of mine was hard.
